Privacy policy

Your information, handled with care.

This policy explains what we collect when you use the Marketing Playbook, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password.
  • Business details you enter: your offer, audience, brand, goals, budget and constraints.
  • Plan and result data: the actions you record, costs and outcomes you log.
  • Conversation content when you use LilyBee, your AI marketing partner (Agency plan): the messages, voice and video you choose to share in a conversation.
  • Payment status from our payment provider—we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your information to build and maintain your workspace, tailor your playbook, process payments and provide support. Drafting assistance is powered by AI, but every suggestion is reviewed by you before anything is saved to your plan.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to advertise to others.

Who we share it with

  • Our payment provider, to process subscriptions.
  • AI service providers, to generate draft copy and suggestions you review. Agency-plan conversations with LilyBee are processed by the conversation provider to deliver the video, voice and text experience.
  • Service providers who host the application and keep it running.

We share information only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your workspace data is kept while your account is active. After a subscription ends, your plan, copy and results remain viewable and exportable for 90 days, then are deleted. We keep your sign-in and purchase records so you can come back; ask us and we will delete those too.

Your choices

You can update your business details at any time, export your plan and results, cancel your subscription, or ask us to delete your account and data. To make a request, email us at hello@revenueandpurpose.com.
